We are looking for a Reef Café Attendant who will provide guests with excellent customer service and support the quick‑service café located within the aquarium. The incumbent will prepare and serve coffee and other beverages, take orders, operate the POS system, ensure food and beverage supplies remain fresh, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. The role emphasizes a positive, professional attitude in line with the spirit of Aloha.

• Welcome guests and take their orders.
• Use the POS system to log orders and process payments – both cash and credit.
• Operate coffee machines and other café equipment.
• Ensure food and beverage ingredients remain fresh and adequately stocked.
• Maintain cleanliness of work surfaces and equipment.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward guests and colleagues.

• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Current TB health card.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible work schedule, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and event nights.

• Standing, bending, lifting, and stooping for several hours at a time.
• Constant communication with guests and co‑workers throughout the shift.
• Hours include day and evening service.
