WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As a Field Technician / Mechanic, you will work on construction and forestry equipment at customer locations to ensure peak performance and maximize uptime. As a journeyman, you will be relied upon for tough jobs, traveling in a fully loaded Pape' service vehicle, performing top-notch repairs, interacting with customers, and ensuring their equipment is in optimal condition.

This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• 5+ years of experience diagnosing and repairing all brands of heavy diesel equipment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-motivation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Class 4 driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Own tools required.

Compensation: $37.92/hr (depending on experience). This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement.
