Location: Waimea/Kamuela
Colonial Group's Culinary & Stewarding division is seeking a Steward to perform general cleaning and transfer china, glassware, and silverware to banquet areas, while assisting the culinary team with transporting food and supplies to and from function spaces.
The role requires operating dishwashing equipment, setting up and breaking down buffet lines, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and following safety policies. The position may require extended hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.
