The Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in coordinating Board activities and corporate records while providing executive support. You'll assist in financial communications and manage a variety of divisional projects, all while maintaining a high level of organization and professionalism. Your skills in building relationships and anticipating needs will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide executive support to the Secretary-Treasurer
• Coordinate Board governance and committee administration
• Manage corporate records and contracts
• Support financial reporting and administrative systems
• Track divisional projects and key deliverables
Requirements:
• Diploma in Business Administration or related field
• Several years of administrative experience with senior leadership
• Project coordination experience preferred
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Effective communication skills for professional correspondence
