Position: Water Quality Management Operator Role

In this crucial role, you will perform daily inspections and manage chemical dosages while collaborating with contractors on testing protocols. Your expertise will help maintain high standards in water quality and system integrity, vital to the Wainwright community and Canadian Armed Forces. Required certifications include Water Treatment Level 1, along with a dedicated safety focus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform equipment inspections and calibrations daily

• Oversee and control plant SCADA system functions

• Conduct water quality sampling and analysis

• Manage chemical inventory and waste operations

• Execute preventative maintenance on treatment systems

Requirements:

• Valid Water Treatment Level 1 certification

• Strongly preferred:
Water Distribution certification

• At least 5 years residency in Canada

• Strong commitment to safety and quality work

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team
