This part-time role involves teaching undergraduate BScN clinical courses, specifically during the Fall Semester 2026 and Winter Semester 2027. Candidates should possess experience in rural and long-term care settings, along with a strong background in nursing education. Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate simulation activities in Clinical Learning Centre

• Work with small student groups on-campus and off-campus

• Attend faculty governance team meetings

• Conduct student assessments and evaluations

• Implement diverse teaching strategies for student engagement

Requirements:

• Eligible for registration with the College of Alberta Nurses

• Preferred BN/BScN degree

• Experience in rural and Indigenous health practices

• Proven clinical teaching and mentoring experience

• Expertise in student performance evaluation
