Bayshore Medical Personnel is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Wainwright, Alberta. Deliver quality patient care in a supportive healthcare environment.
As an LPN, your primary responsibility will be to provide direct care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. This role requires one year of hands-on nursing experience in patient assessments within a primary or ambulatory care setting. Enjoy daytime working hours, Monday to Friday, with no late shifts expected.
Key Responsibilities:
• Screen all patients for COVID symptoms
• Assist with administering vaccines
• Conduct patient histories and assessments
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Educate patients on preventive health measures
Requirements:
• At least one year of nursing experience recent
• Graduate from a practical nursing program
• Valid nursing license in your province
• Certification in Basic Life Support required
• Maintain current N95 and WHMIS certifications
