• Mount and balance tires, perform oil changes, tire repairs, filter replacements, and other preventative maintenance.
• Learn basic automotive services by working with mid- and senior-level technicians.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service, with clear communication about vehicles and service needs.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on guest expectations and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods, which may include lifting tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience isn't required; training provided.
• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions; willingness to learn new technologies in the automotive industry.
• Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures.

• Pay range: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour; base pay may vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
