The pay range is $15.00 – $22.00/hr base pay may vary based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Eligible benefits include medical, prescription, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, tuition assistance, sick & vacation time, and tire discounts.

• Mount and balance tires, perform oil changes, filters replacements, and basic automotive preventative maintenance.
• Learn and demonstrate proper guest service, including clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on guest expectations and adhere strictly to company vehicle care policies.
• Perform manual tasks for extended periods of time, including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.

• Valid driver’s license and minimum age of 18 years.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information; identify problems and make decisions.
• Commitment to learning new technologies in a rapidly evolving automotive industry.
• Adherence to established safety policies and procedures.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous automotive preventative maintenance experience or formal automotive training.

Stores may operate 7 days a week, including weekends and some holidays.

• Complete basic automotive services such as mounting, balancing, tire repairs, oil changes, and more.
• Train with mid and senior-level technicians to expand service capabilities.
• Deliver excellent guest service with clear communication about vehicle care.
• Maintain strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
