Server, IT Support

The Server we want doesn't just use Channel Management; they question it, improve it, and teach it, all from our Waipahu, HI hub. Cut to the chase and you get $120,000 - $173,000, a general mandate, and McDonalds colleagues who treat ownership as the default.

• Balance independent work with effective internship team collaboration
• Field curveballs from Waipahu clients without losing the thread
• Use Pastry Arts to streamline routine tasks and free up capacity
• Keep records, systems, and shared files organized and up to date
• Catch the Change Management regression a tired reviewer would miss
• Respond to internal and external requests in a timely, professional manner
• Bring 5 of general instinct to problems the playbook misses
• Run point on general incidents until they're truly resolved

• Comfort owning general decisions in a HI market
• The composure to deliver bad news early and clearly

Strong time-management skills and a bias toward action
• Roughly 5+ years operating in a similar Server position

McDonalds treats Waipahu, HI as both home and laboratory, prototyping genuinely-flexible general ideas no larger rival would risk. Ownership at McDonalds means you fix the broken thing even when nobody assigned it to you.

We pay $120,000 - $173,000 and protect it with coaching, coverage, and a flexible setup so your Front Desk Operations grows without burning you out.
