Pacific Appliance Group (PAG), a 28-year-old local business, whose purpose is “Making your life Easier by Doing Appliances Better!” welcomes you! We all work together to become Hawaii’s Premier Appliance Provider. We are in the process of building out our World Class Delivery / Installation Teams that will “raise the bar” in our industry.

We are seeking a Delivery Team Member who will work closely with the Delivery Manager and the Operations Manager to safely deliver and install appliances, while preventing damage, for our customers’ homes and rental properties.

We specialize in appliances, our sweet spot. If you want to belong to a team that does that well every day, we are a great fit for you.

Our customers are retail, apartment managers, and owners and/or contractors of large projects. If you have a desire to be the best of the best and have experience moving big objects (especially appliances), and are able to make basic water and electrical connections, this role will be a great fit.

You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:

• Follow the PAG Delivery Processes (which includes how we load products, drive, communicate and greet customers, measure and protect areas in the delivery / installation routes, determining if any doors need to be detached, moving fixtures to protect the customers’ home and purchased products, the set up and install of products, haul away products, and filling out of paperwork)
• Follow the PAG Install Processes (which includes a checklist of the steps and work that consists of a PAG Install)
• Follow the PAG Inventory Process (which includes making sure you have the right parts, tools, and accessories needed to complete the deliveries/ installations that are scheduled)

• Appliance Installation Experience
• Basic Plumbing and Electrical Knowledge
• Basic Cabinetry Skills
