We are seeking a punctual, responsible, and safety-focused Warehouse Associate to join the Best Flooring Honolulu team. This role involves unloading containers, organizing warehouse space, collecting paid orders, and performing inventory counts using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other standard warehouse equipment.

• Collect and prepare paid orders
• Unload incoming containers
• Organize warehouse space
• Open and close the warehouse
• Perform routine and quarterly inventory counts
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized

• Experience operating a forklift and using standard warehouse equipment
• Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and a safety-first mindset
• Prior warehouse experience required
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English

• Ability to lift, carry, and load product up to 75 lbs.

• Hourly pay: $20–$24 per hour, based on experience and forklift proficiency
• Overtime pay: 1.5× hourly rate for hours worked over 40 per week
• Forklift experience premium: higher starting rate for certified and experienced operators
