Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $60,000- $65,000 / Yearly*

What you'll be doing as an Operations Supervisor:

Supervise and coordinate warehouse personnel and daily operations
Assign, monitor, and adjust work assignments to meet productivity and operational goals
Ensure adherence to safety procedures, company policies, and warehouse standards
Act as the primary point of contact between warehouse employees, management, and other departments
Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating concerns when necessary
Support employee training, coaching, and performance development
Maintain operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and workflow consistency
Assist with scheduling and workforce planning based on business needs
Monitor warehouse activities across one or multiple locations as required

Job requirements:

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with People Ready
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum one year of warehouse supervisory or team lead experience preferred
Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling processes
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory management software, and barcode scanning systems
Understanding of inventory control procedures, including cycle counting, lot tracking, expiration management, and inventory reconciliation
Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
Familiarity with OSHA regulations and healthcare industry quality standards
Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to read, interpret, and apply policies, procedures, safety regulations, customer requirements, and operational documentation
Proficient in preparing reports, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively both verbally and in writing.
