Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
  • Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
  • Schedule clients according to their preferences
  • Help ensure all clients’ needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with the team
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
  • Sales/marketing experience (preferred)
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Office
What you’ll bring to the team
  • Provide a welcoming, personalized experience when answering phones and greeting clients
  • Assist clients in connecting with the right tax professional
  • Support scheduling to match client preferences
  • Contribute to meeting clients’ needs in person, by phone, or virtually
  • Help maintain a clean and organized office with team members
  • Adapt to additional duties as assigned
