Responsibilities- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients according to their preferences
- Help ensure all clients’ needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with the team
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience (preferred)
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Office
- Provide a welcoming, personalized experience when answering phones and greeting clients
- Assist clients in connecting with the right tax professional
- Support scheduling to match client preferences
- Contribute to meeting clients’ needs in person, by phone, or virtually
- Help maintain a clean and organized office with team members
- Adapt to additional duties as assigned
