• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate policy information.
• Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and any other requests they may have.
• Assist customers in filing insurance claims efficiently and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions to support effective communication and service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• A strong desire to learn and grow within the insurance industry.
