Nu Image’s Wake Forest periodontal office is seeking a detail-oriented Dental Hygienist with a commitment to patient education and exceptional interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate thrives in a specialist environment, works collaboratively with our periodontal team, and is passionate about helping patients achieve optimal oral health.

• Deliver comprehensive hygiene care, including scaling and root planing, periodontal maintenance, and patient assessments under supervision of our periodontists.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and the importance of periodontal health.
• Build rapport with patients to ensure comfort, trust, and continuity of care.
• Document treatment, education, and clinical findings accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate effectively with periodontists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional service.
• Adhere to all infection control protocols and maintain a clean, organized operatory.

• Four-Day Workweek: Work Monday–Thursday, 6:45am–5:00pm—Fridays off, every week.

• Current Dental Hygiene license for the state of North Carolina.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to educate and motivate patients and work within a collaborative team.
