Kindergarten Teacher Assistant

Thales Academy Wake Forest is actively hiring a Kindergarten Teacher Assistant for the  academic year.

• Implement the approved curriculum; provide pacing guides, lesson plans, and assessments for assigned courses.
• Cooperate closely with teammates to develop teaching skills.
• Collaborate in team planning meetings and share curriculum and instructional expertise.
• Engage in professional development opportunities.
• Maintain professional etiquette in verbal and nonverbal communications in accordance with established guidelines.
• Promote communication between parents, community members, and teammates; establish and maintain home‑school connections.
• Assist in providing opportunities for parental or guardian involvement within the school.

• High energy, organized, and passionate about teaching children.
• Direct Instruction or other teaching experience preferred but not required.
