Retail

The Automotive Retail Salesperson is a dynamic, sales‑focused role that provides exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone, with the goal of meeting and exceeding customer needs. You will use an energetic demeanor to promote our automotive services, build strong relationships, and establish clear time commitments between technicians and customers for service appointments. The role requires accurate transaction procedures and delivers a seamless experience for customers.

Pay Range: $14.73 - $22.04

• Operating as a motivated sales individual.
• Building customer satisfaction & loyalty.
• Merchandising, advertising, and promotion of products and services.
• Energetic responsiveness to every customer, on the phone and in the store.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem‑solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
