What You'll DoAs a Sales Consultant, you'll guide guests through one of their most significant purchasing decisions, from the first conversation through vehicle delivery and beyond.
You'll take the time to understand what each guest actually needs, help them explore their options, become a knowledgeable resource on our vehicles, and create an experience that earns their trust and their future business.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcome guests and create a professional, comfortable, and engaging sales experience.
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand each guest's transportation needs, preferences, lifestyle, and budget.
- Help guests select new and pre-owned vehicles that fit their individual needs.
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and ownership benefits.
- Conduct professional and informative test drives.
- Assist guests in evaluating purchase, lease, and trade-in options.
- Prepare and present pricing proposals in accordance with dealership guidelines.
- Partner with Sales Management and Finance to help customers move smoothly through the purchase process.
- Maintain accurate and timely customer information and activity in the dealership's CRM system.
- Respond to leads and maintain consistent follow-up with prospective and existing customers by phone, email, text, and other approved channels.
- Develop repeat and referral business by building relationships that extend beyond the initial sale.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Hyundai vehicles, new and pre-owned inventory, manufacturer programs, available options, warranties, and competitive products.
- Complete required manufacturer certifications and dealership training.
- Coordinate and conduct professional vehicle deliveries, ensuring guests understand vehicle features, technology, maintenance needs, and available ownership resources.
- Introduce customers to our Service team and help establish the relationship that will support them throughout their ownership experience.
- Follow up after delivery to ensure satisfaction and continue building the customer relationship.

- A valid driver's license and driving record acceptable under company standards.
- Flexibility to work a retail automotive schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.
