Technician 1

As a Technician 1 you will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment, including Aerial Work Platforms, general construction tools, generators, pumps, HVAC, and oil/gas equipment.

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair on equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Build and develop new skills across a range of makes and models.
• Collaborate with a safety-focused team and adapt to changing priorities.

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training preferred.
• 1–3 years of Technician experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment, or specialty line equipment.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• May need to provide trade tools.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location.

Requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 lbs or more, and working indoors or outdoors as required.
