.

As a Staff Accountant, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across multiple service areas. Unlike larger firms where roles can be siloed, we offer the opportunity to work on a variety of engagements from start to finish, giving you a well‑rounded foundation. JO is known for providing exceptional client service, developing strong relationships, and delivering a full range of accounting services — from audit and tax to client accounting services.

The job-essential requirements are:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 0-2 years of Public Accounting experience
• Proficient knowledge of Quick Books and Excel
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Commitment to exceptional client service
• Intellectually curious
• Flexible, self‑starter personality

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 per year
