Tax Supervisor

At this small CPA firm, you’ll get unlimited vacation, and you'll work on a flexible hybrid schedule, meaning your job can fit around your life, not the other way around.

No matter your level, you’ll have a formal mentor and a career progression guide to help you understand what comes next and how to get there. You’ll work directly with Partners and Principals, with opportunities to learn from them while building your own leadership experience.

You'll work for a tech forward, collaborative firm that puts employee wellbeing at the heart of all it does. They know that happy staff equal happy clients, and happy clients come back year on year. It's not a crazy business model but it just works. You'll have access to all of the latest tech and resources so you won't have to compromise on tools to get a good work life balance.

You’ll have your own client relationships to develop, a team of Seniors and Staff to support and the opportunity to get involved in tax planning as well as review. If you enjoy being the person a client calls before making a big decision, you’ll have room to build that trust here.

And you won’t be funding your professional development yourself. Your CPE, membership dues and license fees are fully covered, alongside 70% of health and dental premiums, a 401k match and cellphone reimbursement.

If you’re a CPA with around 5-10 years of public accounting tax experience and you’re starting to wonder what else is out there, let’s chat.
