We’re looking for a hands‑on Product Manager to take complete ownership of our product lifecycle, transforming our company's vision into market‑ready, innovative solutions.
This isn't just a general product management role; it’s a drive‑the‑vision, design‑the‑solution, and deliver‑the‑final‑product role, where you will be accountable for coordinating all aspects of products, from conception to final implementation. You will operate as the central product driver, working closely with internal stakeholders including the executive team, engineering, and various departments across the organization, to translate high‑level strategy into tangible products that deliver real value.

A day in the life of a Product Manager - Wakefield, MA- Own and drive the roadmap for strategic product initiatives, ensuring alignment with C‑4’s goals and delivering measurable value to internal teams and dealership clients.
- Translate company vision into actionable product strategies in close partnership with product leaders, engineering, design, and executive leadership.
- Serve as the connective tissue between product vision and engineering execution—turning abstract ideas into clear specifications, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure seamless development, integration, and launch.
- Define and track product success using KPIs, customer feedback, and business impact metrics—iterating rapidly based on results.
- Stay close to users and stakeholders to understand needs, prioritize effectively, and adapt roadmaps as goals and conditions evolve.
- Manage the full product lifecycle—enhance current offerings, design new solutions, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Mentor team members working on products under your oversight and support broader knowledge sharing within the product team.
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to ensure clear communication, aligned priorities, and timely execution.
- Develop business cases and plans to support new product solutions; assess risks, constraints, and resource requirements for delivery.
- Stay current on emerging technologies, AI/ML applications, and industry trends—bringing forward recommendations to keep C‑4 competitive.
- Participate in, and when applicable, lead regular product meetings and reviews focused on testing, performance, and cross‑departmental coordination.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support broader organizational goals and growth.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and hands‑on experience.
- Proven experience in product management, with a strong track record of launching and optimizing complex products or initiatives from start to finish.
- Experience with the development of AI/ML driven platforms is highly desired.
- Ability to thrive in a hands‑on role that requires both strategic vision and executional rigor.
- Skilled at collaborating across functions—including engineering, design, data, and marketing—within agile, fast‑paced environments.
