Mentor South Bay provides Early Intervention, Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Behavioral Health and Mental Health Outpatient services across Massachusetts and Connecticut. With over 35 years of experience, we offer a collaborative, team‑based approach dedicated to helping children, adults, and families reach their fullest potential.

New Hire Bonus: $3,000
Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 per year

• Lead individual, family, couples, and group therapy.
• Conduct client intake sessions.
• Facilitate crisis intervention.
• Perform case management.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to present cases for proper treatment.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or related field.
• Completed a full‑time clinical internship in a mental health setting.
• License eligible by State.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and reliable vehicle.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to establish trust and rapport quickly.
• A good listener with empathy while providing guidance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable, responsible attitude and compassionate approach.
