Our client, a leading provider of Life Sciences and Engineering Consultants nationwide, is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter due to significant market growth. • Sourcing & Outreach:
  Assist in sourcing potential consultants via databases, referrals, online forums, and social media.
• Candidate Evaluation:
  Review technical competencies and assist in evaluating candidates for appropriate client placements.
• Documentation & Reporting:
  Assist in creating candidate reports, highlighting strengths and areas for development.
• Marketing & Promotion:
  Support in maintaining a digital presence to facilitate network-building activities and attract talent.

This is a fully onsite position in Wakefield, Massachusetts. It is a sales-related role, responsible for prospecting and candidate development via phone and email.

• 0-5 years experience. We are open to experienced Recruiters, as well as energetic new grads looking to join the technical staffing industry. Former student-athletes are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

We have an amazing training program, designed for a fast ramp up. This is a base salary plus commission role. Commissions are uncapped.
