Position Type: Part-Time (20 hours per week)

Compensation: $23-25 hourly

The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in elevating brand visibility, client engagement, and digital growth for a rapidly expanding medical spa & salon. This position supports all aspects of marketing, including social media management, content creation, trend research, SEO optimization, email marketing, community outreach and campaign execution. The Marketing Coordinator ensures that all marketing efforts align with When business goals while maintaining a polished, on‑brand, client‑focused presence across all platforms.

• Social Media Management: Plan spä create and schedule content across Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Linked In and other platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Content Creation: Capture and edit photo and video content, including treatment highlights, educational posts, provider features and promotional materials.
