Overview
If you’re looking to build a long‑term career in accountancy, this apprenticeship offers the opportunity to join our young team and assist with the provision of services for varied clients. Alongside gaining a Level 3 AAT Apprenticeship you will gain valuable hands‑on work experience while working towards a recognised qualification.
Wage£19,000 per annum for the first 12 months, reviewed thereafter in line with applicable rates and performance.

Responsibilities- Preparation of basic accounts and tax for sole traders and partnerships prior to manager review
- Assisting the team in completing bookkeeping and Making Tax Digital for Income Tax Returns accurately on Xero, Quick Books, Excel spreadsheets and other software, including assistance in compiling VAT returns
- Communicating directly with clients to resolve queries and build strong relationships
- Working on the corporate and personal tax needs of our clients
- Supporting the team in the preparation of other ad‑hoc jobs as required
- Support for administrative tasks such as scanning and filing
- Opportunity to use and develop AI‑enabled systems to improve workflows and client offerings, supported by workshops and ongoing training

Training ScheduleThe successful candidate will undertake a structured AAT Apprenticeship programme at Level 3, including classroom and online training to achieve a recognised accountancy qualification.
