As an Accounts Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the finance function and ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the accounts department.

• Processing purchase and sales invoices
• Bank reconciliations
• Credit control and managing customer accounts
• Preparing payment runs
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Supporting month‑end processes
• Handling finance‑related queries from colleagues and clients
• General accounts administration duties as required

• Previous experience in an Accounts Administrator or similar finance role
• Experience gained in the insurance industry would be highly beneficial
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Experience using Sage accounting software is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
