The Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'lltake ownership ofthe production of accurate management information while supporting thefinancialcontrol of multiple construction projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• • Production of monthly management accounts and financial reporting
  • Managing Work in Progress(WIP) and long-term contract accounting
  • Understanding and applying
    
    Construction Industry Scheme(CIS) requirements
  • Supporting project profitabilityanalysisand contract reporting
  • Working closely with Quantity Surveyors (QS) to monitor project performance and valuations
  • Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and cashflow reporting
  • Supporting the implementation of a new finance system
