Fleet & Workshop Support Officer needed in Wakefield, £13.69ph PAYE – Reference: 000A E26B / 1

We are seeking a reliable and organised Administrative Support Officer to provide temporary cover within our team.

The role will support day‑to‑day operations and ensure smooth running of administrative tasks during our recruitment period.

• Managing incoming enquiries via phone and email, directing queries to the appropriate team members.
• Providing general administrative support including filing, data entry, photocopying, and document preparation.
• Maintaining and updating databases, records, and tracking systems.
• Supporting the team with co‑ordination of workloads, task follow‑ups, and basic reporting.
• Assisting with purchasing, raising orders, and processing invoices (where applicable).

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
