Equans is seeking a Compliance & Planning Coordinator based at Pinderfields Hospital. This permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours per week) supports scheduling maintenance tasks across a busy healthcare facility using Maximo CAFM, coordinating internal and subcontractor resources.
You will ensure contractual compliance, maintain the CAFM system, manage contractor onboarding, and provide regular performance reports.
