Admin Officer

Wakefield, WF2-8SP 25 hours a week Monday-Friday Pay Rate: £12.71ph

If you're organised, attentive to detail, and enjoy helping people through clear, accurate administration, this could be the role for you. Our Client is hiring for an Admin Officer, supporting the Probation Service with vital case administration work.

• Maintain and check case details to ensure information is correct and up to date
• Support vacancy management activities, helping to keep records accurate and current
• Carry out general clerical and administrative duties to support smooth day-to-day operations
• Follow processes consistently, ensuring details are right the first time and errors are minimised

• Strong attention to detail and a careful, thorough approach to checking information
• Confident, professional communication and a "can-do" attitude
• Ability to manage tasks reliably and work to established processes
• A calm, supportive approach when working with sensitive information

• Band 2 role (Probation Service)
• Part-time: 25 hours per week
• Client vetting is required
