A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Category Manager to join a growing retail business in the cosmetics sector. Based in Wakefield, this is a full‑time office‑based role offering a salary of £35,000 plus excellent benefits.

Our client, a well‑established and reputable business with over 15 years in the industry, has a strong e‑commerce presence and a reputation for partnering with premium skincare and beauty brands. This is a key role where you’ll be responsible for growing and managing supplier relationships and identifying new brand opportunities.

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing beauty and skincare brands.
• Develop and implement brand‑specific plans to drive growth and market visibility.
• Analyse brand performance data and recommend strategies for improvement or removal.
• Collaborate with marketing, stock, and e‑commerce teams to support launches and promotions.
• Identify and negotiate with potential new brand partners, ensuring a successful onboarding process.

• Proven experience managing supplier or brand relationships within the retail sector.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, ideally within cosmetics or beauty.
• Ability to analyse data and develop strategic growth plans for product categories.

Salary of £35,000 per annum.
