A fantastic opportunity for a Stock & Inventory Manager to join a fast-paced and growing eCommerce business based in Wakefield. Youll lead purchasing and inventory operations, working closely with brand partners to ensure the right stock is available at the right time playing a key role in maintaining product availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

This is a varied and collaborative role, perfect for someone with experience in stock management, procurement or supply chain, who thrives in a fast-moving, detail-focused environment. The business operates in the beauty and wellness sector, with a strong emphasis on customer experience and supplier relationships.

• Manage purchasing activity and place orders in line with forecasts, promotions, and supplier requirements
• Monitor inventory levels, update stock parameters, and analyse slow-moving stock
• Resolve delivery issues and stock discrepancies in coordination with internal teams
• Maintain accurate records for suppliers, MOQs, delivery schedules, and availability
• Work cross-functionally with Brand, eCommerce, Dispatch, and Customer Service teams

• Background in purchasing, procurement, stock or supply chain management
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with inventory or stock systems
• Experience working directly with suppliers and external partners

• Salary from £27,000 depending on experience
• Monday to Friday schedule with flexibility where needed
