This role sits within the Customer Voice team and focuses on ensuring the voice of NHS customers is captured, analysed, and translated into meaningful action across NHS Supply Chain.

You will coordinate customer forums and advisory groups, gather and report customer insight for senior stakeholders, maintain project documentation including action and risk logs, and support the delivery of customer engagement activities.

Working across multiple business functions, you'll build strong stakeholder relationships, influence positive outcomes, and help drive continuous improvement in how NHS Supply Chain communicates with and serves its customers. Success in this role requires strong organisation, project coordination, stakeholder management, and the ability to turn customer feedback into actionable business improvements.

Every Day You Will
  • Collect, monitor and triage customer insight data to support building a monthly report to be shared with senior stakeholders across NHS Supply Chain
  • Arrange and attend customer forums and panels led by the Customer Voice team, recording meeting outcomes and actions and circulating to attendees
  • Provide key strategic support to the NHS Supply Chain Regional and National Advisory Forums to ensure the business is held to account in achieving its business objectives and providing the best possible service to the NHS
  • Support the team to ensure action and risk logs are maintained
  • Work cross functionally to ensure slide packs and content are pulled together ahead of time for national customer forums
  • Work with the Customer Voice team to develop ways of working and support process development across the business to ensure we communicate clearly with customers
  • Look to build and maintain good working relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders on a range of business sensitive issues
