Site Manager - Commercial Refurbishment Yorkshire

I am currently recruiting a Site Manager for a main contractor based in London to run a 300k refit and strip out of a commercial office in Wakefield, Yorkshire with the project length running for 12 weeks.

The Candidate - must be capable of delivering the project reporting into a visiting contracts manager and be able to do trade management, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, manage the programme with drop down line updates, influence H&S on site, Q/A etc.

Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS-Black (This is a must) & First Aid qualified

My client are looking to pay a competitive day rate and they are looking to start the suitable candidate by the 2nd March 2026.
