Winsearch is proud to partner with a well-established and growing façade specialist who are looking to bring an experienced Quantity Surveyor into their commercial team, driven by a strong pipeline of new projects across Liverpool.

This is a great opportunity to join a business that has built a solid reputation for delivering high-quality, technically strong façade solutions, and is continuing to grow in a sustainable way.

You'll be working across a range of façade projects, providing commercial support from an office-based position while working closely with project teams and reporting into a Commercial Manager.

The role will see you involved in the full commercial lifecycle, helping to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and meet key commercial targets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing commercial support across multiple façade projects
• Managing and administering contracts effectively
• Supporting project teams to achieve commercial objectives
• Working closely with internal stakeholders to maintain strong cost control and customer focus

Skills and experience:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor or specialist subcontractor environment
• Familiarity with JCT and/or NEC forms of contract
