Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring strong cost control and contract management from start to finish.

• Manage project costs, valuations, and final accounts
• Monitor budgets, risks, and performance
• Procure and manage subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with contracts and processes
• Build strong stakeholder relationships

• QS or commercial experience in construction/infrastructure
• Knowledge of NEC contracts (preferred)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proactive and organised approach
