OverviewAs a well-established Surfacing Supervisor, you will be utilised on this job for your knowledge of all things surfacing, working on various surfacing contracts in Wakefield and surrounding areas. This role is with a highly successful surfacing contractor and will encompass working alongside a strong team with quality and safety in mind.
Qualifications- SMSTS / SSSTS (Required)
- Driving licence and ideally own vehicle
- Experienced as a Surfacing Supervisor
- Maintain health & safety standards on site
- Complete toolbox talks and other briefings on site
- Procure plant and material through the company platform
- Manage the workforce, labour and subcontractors in the delivery of surfacing schemes
- Maintain accurate site record keeping including diaries, allocation sheets, plant returns and goods received notes
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure they are working to their own check sheets
- Liaise with site operatives and subcontractors to ensure work stays on programme
