Vistry West Yorkshire is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee the financial and contractual aspects of multiple residential projects in Wakefield. You will supervise, manage and advise on cost control, reporting and procurement within the Commercial, Estimating and Buying teams.
You will work with site and project teams, ensuring budgets are met, risks are managed and value is maximised. A strong PQS/SQS background and relevant degree are essential, with room for career progression
