** Job Purpose
** Peter Duffy Ltd and United Infrastructure are seeking an experienced and motivated
** Site Manager
** to oversee the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of wastewater infrastructure projects across the Yorkshire Water AMP8 framework.

The Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management, coordination, and supervision of both
** self-delivery civil engineering operations
** and
** specialist subcontractors**, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, to programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Working across a range of wastewater treatment and network projects, the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards of health, safety, environmental compliance, and operational excellence while supporting Yorkshire Water's investment objectives.
** Site Management & Delivery
*** Manage the safe and efficient day-to-day operation of construction sites across wastewater infrastructure projects.
* Coordinate and supervise direct labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.
* Ensure works are delivered in accordance with project specifications, drawings, programmes, and contractual requirements.
* Plan and manage site activities to meet project milestones and key performance indicators.
* Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks to programme delivery.
* Ensure all site activities comply with Yorkshire Water standards and framework requirements.
** Health, Safety & Environment
*** Champion a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
* Lead daily briefings, toolbox talks, and site safety inspections.
* Produce Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) and ensure they are communicated, and adhered to at all times.
* Conduct site audits and inspections to maintain compliance with company and client requirements.
* Ensure environmental controls are maintained and site activities minimise impact on surrounding communities and ecosystems.
** Quality Assurance
*** Ensure all works are completed to the required quality standards and client specifications.
* Maintain accurate site records, quality documentation, inspection reports, and as-built information.
* Coordinate site inspections, testing, commissioning activities, and handover documentation.
* Drive a "right first time" approach to project delivery.
** Commercial & Operational Performance
