TSA Surveying Ltd is seeking a Freelance Building Surveyor to support a programme of hospital condition surveys across two West Yorkshire hospital sites. You will assess building fabric, capture asset data using Asseti Com and deliver comprehensive survey data for project teams.
The role requires a degree in Building Surveying, proven survey experience, and a driving licence. This is a freelance, Inside IR35 6-week contract with immediate interviews available.
