Ipsum is recruiting two Quantity Surveyors to join our Commercial team in Scotland. You will develop, implement and manage commercial activities, taking ownership of the group commercial strategy for the business unit, maximising profitability while upholding Ipsum values of Safety, Service and Specialist.
You will review contracts, manage CVR reviews, cashflow, variations, subcontracts and interim valuations, reporting on project performance and supporting tendering and pricing.
