Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location:Office in West Yorkshire - weekly travel to sites down south
Salary: Up to £75,000 + Car Allowance + Pension + Holiday + Excellent Benefits

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing main contractor in West Yorkshire for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on the delivery of new build care home developments from pre-construction through to final account. The role is primarily office-based, with weekly site visits.

You'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered commercially, maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and the wider project team.

• Taking full commercial responsibility for multiple new build care home projects.

• Preparing cost plans, budgets and forecasts.

• Procurement and management of subcontractor packages.

• Preparing, reviewing and negotiating subcontract agreements.
