RGIT Australia is seeking a flexible, technically minded professional to join our field operations as a Training & Competency Lead. This role focuses on elevating surveying, installation, and construction standards by delivering practical training, coaching field teams, and developing clear procedures.
You will travel across regional depots to work directly with surveyors and installers, assess competency, and help build our internal Inst Academy and career pathways.
