The role focuses on pricing packages including plot works, roads, sewers, drainage and earthworks for major house builders, with a view to securing profitable tenders.
You'll work in the pre-construction team to prepare accurate estimates, review drawings and take-offs, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to deliver competitive bids
