Manage construction projects from initial planning through execution, monitoring and completion.

Develop project plans using Primavera P6 to schedule activities, allocate resources and track progress.

Manage project budgets, timelines and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Administer construction contracts, review agreements, negotiate terms and monitor contractual obligations.

Coordinate with engineering teams using Civil 3D to review designs and resolve technical issues.

Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress, quality and health and safety compliance.

Communicate with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to coordinate project objectives.

Identify and resolve problems while maintaining project schedules and quality standards.

Proven experience in construction project management.

Ability to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong time-management and organisational skills.

Proactive problem-solving abilities.

Strong contract negotiation and vendor-management skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to coordinate engineering teams, contractors, suppliers and clients.

Relevant construction management qualifications, certifications or training are preferred.

Familiarity with Primavera P6 for project scheduling and Civil 3D for reviewing design documents is relevant to the advertised responsibilities.
