This is an initial 6-month contract, with the potential to extend!
Main Responsibilities:
Inbound and outbound calls from customers Respond professionally to customer emails/letters Maintain accurate records of interactions, applications and transactions Identifying and referring any agreements that may potentially involve Fraud and tracing of customers who have been reported as Gone Away. Provide support to our customers who are in financial difficulty, challenging personal circumstances or who are vulnerable with compassion and understanding.
Excellent working environment with hybrid working model
-3 days a week in the office! Great opportunity to start your career in customer service. Previous experience in motor finance/or customer service environment. Awareness of the FCA regulatory framework advantageous. The role is inside IR35 and the hourly rate is £17.60ph
-35 hr week with a early finish one day a week!
