Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Wakefield

Salary: £24,999.00 per annum

Working Pattern: The role is full time working on a shift rotation between the hours of 8.30am – 6pm with the occasional Saturday 9am – 1pm.

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to come join us, based at our Wakefield Depot. In this role you will be responsible for delivering the best possible customer experience, offering a professional and dynamic approach to customer service.

• Managing incoming case queries via a shared inbox and phoneline
• Customer liaison, raising, investigating and resolving queries
• Providing advice and informationregardingour service or product range
• General administration

• Priorinbound telephoneexperience
• Strong communicationskillsand confident telephone manner
• Detail oriented
• Prior complaint handling experience
