Lead Dental Nurse

Job Description

• Full-time hours (40 hours per week)
• Competitive hourly rate: £14.50 p/h
• Typical shifts:
  Monday to Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 7 p.m.
• Flexibility:
  Saturday mornings once a month and occasional Wednesday evenings.
• Modern and well‑equipped surgeries.
• Opportunity to work independently within nurse‑led clinics and fully within your scope of practice.

You will lead a team of nurses to deliver the highest standards of patient care in a safe and compliant environment.

• Recognised Dental Nursing qualification and active GDC registration.
• Previous experience in a similar lead or senior dental nurse role.
• Caring and empathetic approach, with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Team player who thrives on supporting others and delivering excellent patient care.

• GDC, indemnity and CPD costs fully covered.
